Supreme Court Affirms Beverage Tax

Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court has just affirmed Philadelphia’s right to adopt a beverage tax ordinance, in yesterday’s Williams v. City of Philadelphia decision. The Firm is thrilled with the result, having contributed by filing an Amicus Brief on behalf of the Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia supporting the City’s position.
