PHILADELPHIA, PA – October 2014 – Scott H. Mustin, a Partner at Fineman Krekstein & Harris recently presented at the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania’s Training Session for Hearing Committee Members. Mr. Mustin is a Senior Hearing Committee Member who was appointed to a three year term effective July 1, 2013. Mr. Mustin previously served as a Hearing Committee Member from 2005-2011. Mr. Mustin served on a panel that discussed the duties of Senior and Experienced Committee Members, Prehearing Conferences and Character Witnesses. The program was interactive and involved experiences from the audience.
The Disciplinary Board is an independent agency funded by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
The Board assists the Supreme Court in carrying out its exclusive jurisdiction over the licensing and discipline of attorneys in Pennsylvania.
Mr. Mustin concentrates his practice in estate planning and administration, business, tax and real estate law. He has provided services in connection with complex business acquisitions and dispositions, financing matters, partnership and shareholder transactions and professional practices. He is very active designing and implementing individual estate plans, asset protection plans and business succession arrangements.
