Richard J. Perr, partner at the law firm of Fineman Krekstein & Harris P.C., has been appointed Pennsylvania state compliance chair of the Members Attorney Program of ACA International, the trade association of credit and collection professionals.
The Members Attorney Program is the legal division of ACA International, with more than 600 attorney members practicing in the credit and collection area. The group provides members with a number of resources designed to assist them in the practice and better serve their clients. ACA International serves the industry in 55 countries around the world.
Perr practices in both the firm’s South Jersey and Center City Philadelphia offices. He is also adjunct professor of law at Rutgers School of Law – Camden, teaching election and political campaign law. Earlier this year, he was appointed by the New Jersey Supreme Court to its Ethics Committee for Camden and Gloucester Counties
Perr is a resident of Medford, New Jersey.
