The Philadelphia Chapter of the Community Associations Institute recently presented a program to the Urban Issues Committee on the future of Philadelphia. Gary A. Krimstock, partner at Fineman, Krekstein & Harris was the guest lecturer and spoke on “Real estate taxes and equity of municipal services for condominiums and how these are affected under the new administration of Mayor Michael Nutter.

Krimstock is active in the Philadelphia Condominium Managers Association, Community Associations Institute. He concentrates his practice in real estate, condominium law, general business and corporate law, including transactional matters, complex civil litigation and administrative proceedings such as real estate tax appeals, and zoning matters.
