Gary A. Krimstock, Partner at Fineman, Krekstein & Harris was a guest speaker at the recent Community Association Institute program on “Enforcing Rules in a Diverse Community”.

The Philadelphia and Delaware Valley Chapter hosted this program which was part of a series dealing with diversity issues in a community setting. Methods of implementing and enforcing community rules in an effective, fair and non-discriminatory manner were discussed with a captive audience.

Krimstock concentrates his practice in real estate, general business and corporate law. He devotes a significant amount of his time to the complexities of community association law. He represents thousands in the Philadelphia area with issues such as real estate tax appeals and has achieved substantial tax savings for his clients. He is a frequent lecturer and presents seminars on real estate, condominium and business law.
