Lee Applebaum, partner at the law firm of Fineman Krekstein & Harris P.C., has been selected as a “Super Lawyer” in the area of Business Litigation. He was selected to appear in the special publication after statewide polling of peers, extensive screening and interviews and final selection by a blue ribbon panel. Only five per cent of lawyers practicing in New Jersey are awarded this honor.
A long-time litigator, Applebaum is chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Business Litigation Committee. In May, he moderated a well-received judicial seminar on Philadelphia’s Commerce Court. He is also vice-chair of the Business Courts Subcommittee of the American Bar Association’s Committee on Business and Corporate Litigation, and works to support national efforts in developing business courts.
Applebaum co-authored a definitive article on business courts in the The Business Lawyer, which is circulated to approximately 60,000 attorneys nationwide. He is the co-author and chapter editor of the business courts section in an annually published American Bar Association book updating national business law developments, and writes regularly on a variety of legal subjects.
Applebaum is a resident of Lower Merion, Pa.
