Gary A. Krimstock, partner in the law firm of Fineman Krekstein & Harris, recently addressed members of the Society Hill Towers Community Political Action Committee on the real estate tax situation in the City of Philadelphia.
Krimstock concentrates his practice in real estate and general business and corporate law, including transactional matters, complex civil litigation, and administrative proceedings such as real estate tax appeals, and zoning matters. He has devoted a great deal of his practice to the complexities of community association law. His clients include real estate owners and developers, community associations, non-profit organizations, and a diverse group of entrepreneurial business owners. Recently, he represented about 3000 condominium owners and other property owners in real estate tax appeals, and achieved substantial tax savings for all those clients. He has lectured and presented seminars on various aspects of real estate, condominium and business law.
