On November 2, 2006, Partner Gary A. Krimstock, Esq. presented a seminar with David Glancey, Chairman of the Philadelphia Board of Revision of Taxes, to the Annual Conference of the Community Associations Institute, Greater Delaware Valley Chapter, at the Valley Forge Convention Center. The topic was Philadelphia Real Estate Tax Issues.

Krimstock practices real estate and business law, including transactions, litigation and administrative agency matters such as zoning and real estate tax appeals, with a particular emphasis on condominium and homeowner association law. He represents many such associations in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, and is Legal Counsel to the Philadelphia Condominium Managers Association. He has represented associations in and out of court involving various important and complex legal issues; and has successfully represented thousands of Philadelphia condominium owners in real estate tax appeals.
