Jay Barry Harris,  Senior Partner at Fineman Krekstein & Harris recently spoke about the impact of the Medicare Secondary Payer Statute on the resolution of third party casualty claims before the claims department of Lititz Mutual Insurance company.  The discussion focused upon the insurer’s response to the new obligations imposed under the Statute.
