PHILADELPHIA, PA – March 31, 2009 – Jay Barry Harris , Senior Partner at Fineman, Krekstein & Harris spoke to fellow members at the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) mid year meeting in Carlsbad, California held recently.

Harris’ presentation entitled, “Collapse Coverage: The Conundrum Continues” addressed developing coverage issues confronting insurers nationwide in this evolving area of insurance coverage. His speech was given before the Property Insurance, Casualty Insurance and Reinsurance, Excess and Surplus Lines Committees of the IADC.

IADC activities benefit the 2500 invitation-only, peer-reviewed members and their clients as well as the civil justice system and the legal profession. Members of the IADC have advanced skills and practice in defense law. They assist each other in promoting their skills, their business and the profession in general.

Harris concentrates his practice in civil litigation including the trucking industry, construction, employment, premises liability, wrongful death and survival actions, and insurance coverage.
