PHILADELPHIA, PA – May 18, 2012 –   Jay Barry Harris and Lee Applebaum of Fineman Krekstein & Harris, authored a chapter on New Jersey’s law of non-competes and restrictive covenants in the recent DRI publication, “Trade Secrets and Non-Competes, A Compendium of State Law.”  Harris a former National Director for DRI, and Applebaum, the past Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Business Law Section and its Business Litigation Committee, have litigated all sides of these issues.
