Senior partner Jay Barry Harris recently spoke at the Property Loss/Liability Research Bureau program entitled Critical Issues for Senior Insurance Executives and In-House Counsel. The seminar was held in Chicago on October 23, 2006. Mr. Harris was part of a panel discussing Bad Faith Trends in Third Party Litigation. His presentation was entitled “Expanding the Frontier: Bad Faith Conduct During Bad Faith Litigation”

Mr. Harris continues to lecture to many community and professional groups on such topics as employment, trucking, nursing home, bad faith, insurance coverage and lead paint litigation. He has also authored articles on a variety of employment and insurance issues and the trucking industry.
