Jay Barry Harris, partner in the law firm of Fineman Krekstein & Harris recently addressed more than 2,000 insurance professionals in San Antonio, Texas at the national claims conference of the Property Loss Research Bureau/Liability Insurance Research Bureau.

His topic was “insurance coverage for alleged intentional acts, such as sexual molestation, shootings, assault and battery.”

Harris concentrates his practice in insurance defense and is a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute, the Pennsylvania Defense Institute and the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel.
