Chapter’s new President wants CAI-DELVAL to have “input on impact”
Philadelphia, PA, December 12, 2011 – Community Associations Institute/Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter (CAI-PADELVAL) has elected prominent real estate attorney Gary A. Krimstock, as its President for 2012. Krimstock, a partner in the Philadelphia-based law firm of Fineman, Krekstein & Harris, P.C., concentrates his practice in real estate and commercial transactions and litigation with a focus on community association law, tax assessment appeals, zoning, business disputes and administrative regulatory issues.
CAI is a national organization committed to assisting community associations promote harmony, a sense of community, responsible citizenship and effective leadership throughout all of its constituencies including managers, community association volunteer leaders, management companies and companies providing products and services to those association-governed communities.
Krimstock highlighted a major objective of his term: “During 2012 we will be working to unite and serve our current and new members across our large, multi-state region to help them continue to lead our industry, and through our Legislative Action Committee to educate and influence our legislators on relevant issues, and ensure that the governmental bodies don’t unilaterally design and adopt regulations and laws without our input. There is a steady flow of new legislation throughout our region, and CAI-PADELVAL wants to make sure that we have significant input on the impact of those changes.”
