S. David Fineman and Gary A. Krimstock, partners in the law firm of Fineman Krekstein & Harris, recently presented a seminar to a group of local center city accountants on Philadelphia Real Estate and Transfer Tax Issues and The New Philadelphia Election Campaign Law.
