PHILADELPHIA, PA –May 24, 2011- June J. Essis, Esquire and Jay Barry Harris, Esquire of Fineman Krekstein & Harris presented a seminar to Atrium Underwriting in London, England entitled “Protecting Your Valuables:  Understanding The Scope Of Discovery.”  June and Jay led a discussion of the use of attorney-client privilege, work-product doctrine and objections to limit the discovery of an insurer’s, defense counsel’s and investigator’s opinions, correspondence and documents.

Both Harris and Essis concentrate their practices in civil litigation including the trucking industry, construction, employment, premises liability, wrongful death and survival actions, and insurance coverage.
