On March 20, 2009, Firm lawyer Gary Krimstock spoke at the program “the Reluctant Landlord” sponsored by the Philadelphia Regional Council of the Pennsylvania & Delaware Valley Chapter of Community Associations Institute. Mr. Krimstock addressed many of the myriad issues encountered by Association Boards of Directors, Property Managers and unit owners who become landlords in the face of the current housing market and economy.

Mr. Krimstock is one of Philadelphia’s leading Condominium Lawyers, and was a 2008 Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer” in real estate law.
