On December 11, 2008, Gary A. Krimstock, a leading Philadelphia Condominium Lawyer, who has been recognized as a “Super Lawyer” in the field of real estate law, was elected to the Board of Directors of the Community Associations Institute, Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter. He was immediately appointed to serve on its Philadelphia Regional Council. Krimstock has been practicing in the field of real estate law for three decades and has worked extensively with many of the leading condominiums in Philadelphia. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute, as well as Lambda Alpha International, the real estate honor society.
