On November 4, 2011, Jay Barry Harris spoke before the Pennsylvania Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters (PAIIA).  His presentation was entitled “Hot Topics in Third Party Litigation” and covered the Fair Share Act, Discovery of a Claim’s Adjuster’s Notes, an Update on the Medicare Secondary Payer Act and recent jury verdicts in Philadelphia County.
