Lee Applebaum, a partner at Fineman, Krekstein and Harris, recently served as a panelist at the seminar, “Current Issues Impacting Insurance Defense Practice” sponsored by National Business Institute held in Philadelphia.

He made presentations on recent developments and trends in Bad Faith Litigation and ethical issues confronting insurance defense lawyers. He also provided two detailed chapters on these subjects in the seminar materials.

Applebaum resides in Lower Merion, Pa. He concentrates his practice in a broad range of commercial and insurance litigation.
