PHILADELPHIA, PA – May 4, 2009 – , a former partner at Wolf Block, has joined the expanding real estate practice at Fineman Krekstein & Harris.
Rosenstein leaves Wolf Block after twenty nine years focusing on complex real estate projects, including the development of planned communities, multi-use properties and affordable housing. This will compliment the existing real estate practice at Fineman Krekstein & Harris including its community association practice headed by partner, Gary Krimstock.

Rosenstein, serving in an Of Counsel role at the firm, has a long list of credits, affiliations, writing and speaking engagements. Most notably, he was an author of Pennsylvania’s Condominium, Real Estate Cooperative and Planned Community Acts. He also served as Chairman of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Rosenstein has been elected to membership in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers and the College of Community Association Lawyers in addition to being listed in Best Lawyers in America and is a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer®. Mr. Rosenstein, a commercial mediator and public policy facilitator, serves as President of the Association for Conflict Resolution (ACR) and is a Board Member of the Pennsylvania Council of Mediators (PCM).
