If my employees are considered "employees-at-will", does that mean I can terminate someone for any reason whatsoever?

The doctrine of “employment-at-will” basically provides that either the employer or the employee can end the employment at any time, for any reason, without notice. This doctrine is generally followed in Pennsylvania. However, there are certain important exceptions to the employment-at-will doctrine. An employment law attorney can advise you on whether any statutory, contractual or public policy reasons limit your ability to terminate someone’s employment.
