Common Sense Responses for Professionals Dealing with Child Endangerment and Abuse Allegations Post-Spanier

Debate continues about the broadening of the child endangerment law in Pennsylvania and its interpretation and extension of criminal liability for inaction on or interference with an abuse allegation to a person “employing or supervising” another person responsible for the welfare of a child. This session will cover statutory changes and ethical issues and provide common sense solutions to promptly address charges against education professionals.
