Jay Barry Harris and Lee Applebaum, partners at the law firm of Fineman Krekstein & Harris P.C., each contributed a chapter to the book, THE YOUNG LAWYER’S GUIDE TO DEFENSE PRACTICE, published by the Defense Research Institute. Harris addressed the growing issue over spoliation of electronic evidence and Applebaum the ethical constraints on lawyers switching to an opposing law firm during litigation. Both Harris and Applebaum have been active in speaking and writing on a variety of litigation topics. Harris is a resident of Lafayette Hill, Pa. Applebaum is a resident of Lower Merion, Pa.
