Scott H. Mustin is a partner in the firm’s corporate and tax law group. He concentrates his practice in business, tax, estate planning, estates and trust and administration and real estate law. He has provided services in connection with complex business acquisitions, dispositions, financing matters, partnership and shareholder transactions and professional practices. Mr. Mustin has also represented numerous employers and employees in the negotiation, drafting and review of employment and severance agreements.
Mr. Mustin is very active in designing and implementing individual estate plans and business succession arrangements. Mr. Mustin’s practice also consists of a traditional probate practice and the administration of trusts and estates.
Mr. Mustin was a member of the law firm of Krekstein, Wolfson, Mustin & White, LLC and previous to that, a partner in the Corporate and Tax Department of LaBrum & Doak. He has practiced in the Philadelphia area for more than 35 years.
Mr. Mustin was appointed by the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board as a Senior Hearing Committee Member for District 1 (Philadelphia). As a Hearing Committee Member, Mr. Mustin hears cases involving disciplinary matters brought against attorneys by the Pennsylvania office of Disciplinary Counsel. He also hears cases by attorneys seeing to be re-admitted to the bar.
