Monica M. Littman

Monica M. Littman is an associate in the firm’s litigation group representing clients in matters involving consumer financial services and also representing community associations.

Monica also has experience with employment-related matters, specifically the litigation of post-employment restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and employment agreements.  She has obtained injunctive relief on behalf of her clients in federal and state courts throughout the country.

Monica has counseled clients regarding enterprise-wide personnel and business initiatives.  She also has extensive experience litigating matters in the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) Dispute Resolution forum.

During law school, Monica served as an intern with the Office of the Bucks County District Attorney representing the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in numerous preliminary hearings in the District Courts of Bucks County.  Monica’s article entitled “National Parks and Conservation Association v. Babbitt – Titanic Mess, Restricting Cruise Ships in Order to Protect Glacier Bay” was published in the Villanova Environmental Law Journal (Volume XIV, 2003).
