David R. White, Jr. is a partner in the firm’s corporate and tax law group. He concentrates his practice in tax-related planning, and transactional services for businesses and individuals as well as estate planning and estate and trust administration. He has lectured frequently on these subjects to a number of groups, including the National Business Institute, Philadelphia Tax Conference, Pennsylvania Bar Institute and Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. White’s clients are corporate executives, professionals and family-business owners. His services include: negotiations concerning mergers, sales and acquisitions; strategic planning for start-up businesses; reviews of transactions for federal, state, and local tax consequences; active participation in tax planning for corporations, partnerships, individuals and non-profit organizations; designing of individual estate plans and trusts; interpretation of wills and trusts; and negotiations with IRS and state tax officials on a variety of tax matters.
