ATTORNEY SCOTT H. MUSTIN IS APPOINTED SENIOR HEARING COMMITTEE MEMBER

PHILADELPHIA, PA – July 2013 – Scott H. Mustin, a Partner at Fineman Krekstein & Harris was reappointed Senior Hearing Committee Member by the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.  Mr. Mustin previously served as a Hearing Committee Member from 2005-2011.
As a Senior Hearing Committee Member, Mr. Mustin will hear cases involving disciplinary matters brought against attorneys by the Pennsylvania office of Disciplinary Counsel. He will also hear cases by attorneys seeing to be re-admitted to the bar.  The term of appointment is three years and took effect July 1, 2013.

The Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania’s goals are to protect the public, maintain the integrity of the legal profession and to safeguard the reputation of the courts.

Mr. Mustin concentrates his practice in estate planning and administration, business, tax and real estate law. He has provided services in connection with complex business acquisitions and dispositions, financing matters, partnership and shareholder transactions and professional practices. He is very active designing and implementing individual estate plans, asset protection plans and business succession arrangements.
