Lee Applebaum, partner in the law firm of Fineman, Krekstein & Harris, was a speaker at the inaugural meeting of the American College of Business Court Judges, sponsored by the AEI-Brookings Joint Center for Regulatory Studies in Washington, D.C. at the end of October. The Center City attorney was also one of the organizers of this Judicial Education Program, held before 60 judges from across the Nation.
Applebaum, long active with the issue of business courts on the local and national levels, is the Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Committee on Business and Corporate Litigation’s Subcommittee on Business Courts, and Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association Business Law Section’s Business Litigation Committee.
Applebaum is a resident of Lower Merion, Pa.
