Lee Applebaum, partner in the law firm of Fineman, Krekstein & Harris, was among a panel that included Philadelphia’s Commerce Court Judges, speaking on “Handling Business Litigation in the Commerce Case Management Program” on June 13, 2006. He presented an overview of the Commerce Court’s nearly 700 Opinions, along with a chapter in the written materials entitled “Decisions in the Commerce Case Management Program.”
Applebaum, long active with the issue of business courts on the local and national levels, is the Vice-Chair of the Subcommittee on Business Courts within the American Bar Association, and is Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Business Litigation Committee.
Applebaum is a resident of Lower Merion, Pa.
