Applebaum Speaks at ABA Seminar on Business Courts in Tampa

Lee Applebaum, partner in the law firm of Fineman, Krekstein & Harris, was among a national panel, including Vice-Chancellor Donald Parsons of the Delaware Court of Chancery, Judge Renee Roche of Orlando’s Complex Business Litigation Court, President Judge C. Darnell Jones and Robert L. Haig, Esquire of New York, at the program “Business Courts: Are they working and why?” The program, sponsored by the ABA’s Business and Corporate Litigation Committee, was held on April 7, 2006 in Tampa, Florida.

Applebaum, long active with the issue of business courts on the local and national levels, is the Vice-Chair of the Subcommittee on Business Courts within the American Bar Association, and is Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Business Litigation Committee.

Applebaum is a resident of Lower Merion, Pa.
