Lee Applebaum, partner at the law firm of Fineman Krekstein & Harris P.C., has been named Chair of the Business Litigation Committee of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Business Law Section.

A long-time litigator, Applebaum also recently co-authored a definitive article on business courts in the premier law review dedicated to business and corporate law, The Business Lawyer, which is circulated to approximately 60,000 attorneys nationwide. He is also co-author of the Business Courts chapter in an annual American Bar Association publication on business law developments, and recently served as a panelist on the Commerce Case Management Program at the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Bench Bar conference.

Applebaum is a resident of Lower Merion, Pa.
