PHILADELPHIA, PA – Lee Applebaum, a litigation partner at Fineman, Krekstein & Harris, has been appointed Liaison from the American Bar Association’s Business and Corporate Litigation Committee to the Ad Hoc Committee on Judges Initiative. Applebaum is a former chair of the ABA’s Subcommittee on Business Courts and is an Honorary Charter Member of the American College of Business Court Judges. He has written extensively about the administration of justice as it relates to business disputes. His most recent publications include the article “Getting to Yes in Specialized Courts: The Unique Role of ADR in Business Court Cases,” published in the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Journal; and the book chapter, “The Steady Growth of Business Courts,” published by the National Center for State Courts in its book Future Trends in State Courts 2011.
Applebaum is a resident of Merion Station, PA.
