LEE APPLEBAUM SPEAKS TO MOROCCAN OFFICIALS ON BEST COURT PRACTICES

On April 26, 2016, Lee Applebaum, a partner at Fineman, Krekstein & Harris, P.C., made a presentation to 12 Moroccan officials at the World Bank’s offices in Washington DC, on best practices in commercial courts. This was part of a visit sponsored by the Commercial Law Development Program of the US Department of Commerce to improve Morocco’s commercial court system.
