Jay Barry Harris, Lee Applebaum and Jennifer Tatum Root of Fineman, Krekstein & Harris, P.C. have co-authored the chapter “Trucker’s and Motor Carrier’s Commercial Vehicle Insurance,” for the 2012 edition of New Appleman on Insurance Law. This is the first time that this leading insurance law treatise has included a chapter unique to this subject.
