Firm Attorney Speaker at SCORE Program

PHILADELPHIA, PA – April, 2015 – Scott H. Mustin,  Partner at Fineman Krekstein & Harris, P.C. conducted a Succession Planning Workshop for Family Business and Small Business Owners.  The workshop was presented by The Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians in Partnership with SCORE® and the Philadelphia Department of Commerce.

“You Can’t Do This Forever”, the name of the program, included topics such as considerations for buying or selling a business, family succession and dissolving business when there is no sale or successor. The event was held at the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce and was well attended.

Mr. Mustin concentrates his practice in estate planning and administration, business, tax and real estate law.
