PHILADELPHIA, PA – Lee Applebaum, a litigation partner at Fineman, Krekstein & Harris, recently testified in support of the creation of business court program in New Jersey. He testified before the General Assembly’s Judiciary Committee on January 5, 2012. Applebaum is former Chair of the American Bar Association’s Subcommittee on Business Courts, former Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Business Law Section, and an Honorary Charter Member of the American College of Business Court Judges.
Applebaum is a resident of Merion Station, PA.
