Firm partners S. David Fineman and Lee Applebaum were named 2008 Corporate Counsel Edition Super Lawyers. This publication “is sent to 25,000 corporate counsel and CEO’s of America’s top publicly and privately held companies.” The editors state that selection is based on a rigorous process, and the publication names lawyers from all 50 states, on a state by state basis. Fineman and Applebaum were 2 of only 200 lawyers listed for the entire state of Pennsylvania, and Fineman, Krekstein & Harris was one of only 82 Pennsylvania firms listed in the Corporate Counsel Edition of Super Lawyers, and one of only 40 Pennsylvania firms with two or more of its lawyers listed.

Firm partner Richard J. Perr was named a 2008 Corporate Counsel Edition Super Lawyer for New Jersey. Only 158 lawyers in the entire state of New Jersey received this designation.
