FIRM LAWYER WRITES AND SPEAKS ON BUSINESS COURTS

Lee Applebaum, a litigation partner at Fineman, Krekstein & Harris, authored The "New" Business Courts: Responding to Modern Business and Commercial Disputes, published in the March/April issue of Business Law Today. Mr. Applebaum also was recently among a panel of experts addressing a Nevada Legislative Subcommittee studying changes in that State's business courts, and a few weeks later, on April 9, 2008, spoke to a national audience via a "webinar" on the same subject, sponsored by Business Law Today and the American Bar Association's Section of Business Law. The next day, he addressed an audience of lawyers and judges from across the country in Dallas, Texas, on the historic development of business courts, and the role of these courts in a competitive national and international environment.  

Applebaum is a resident of Merion Station, Pa.
