Scott C. Mahoney is an associate in the firm's corporate department. His experience includes handling real estate matters, trusts and estates, tax matters, as well as corporate law.

Mr. Mahoney graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in 1998. He received his Juris Doctorate from Widener University School of law in 2002 and his L.L.M. in taxation from Temple University School of Law in 2004. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mahoney served as the law clerk for the Honorable Cornelius J. Sullivan, J.S.C. in the Burlington County New Jersey Superior Court and as a corporate associate in a large southern New Jersey law firm.

Mr. Mahoney was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar Association in 2003 and the Pennsylvania Bar Association in 2007.
